"I was charged 18 pounds on top of what I had paid and it wasn’t made clear to me at the time of the booking. 10 pounds for car seat 8 pounds for car parking When I had read the websites while booking it was clear that I won’t be charged for these. Can I be refunded 18 pounds please. Thanks"
